Munnar is one of the main tea production place in India apart from

we learned about tea making processes , mainly orthodox process and the
    conventional Cut/Tear/Curl ( CTC ) process.
A high quality tea produced from young leaves will give grainy leaves ,
while lower quality made from old leaves gives it a powdery form.
